• Processing Time: Standard orders are processed within 1–3 weeks. Larger or custom pieces may take 2–3 weeks.

Shipping & Transit​

• Transit Time: 2–4 business days

• Tracking: A tracking number will be shared on the day of dispatch.

 

Order Cancellation

• Within 24 Hours: Orders cancelled within 24 hours of purchase are eligible for a full refund.

• After 24 Hours:

  • 24–48 hours after purchase → 10% cancellation fee

  • Beyond 48 hours until dispatch → 25% cancellation fee

• After Dispatch: Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
