Naaya Ceramic Flute Wall Lighting
Two large formats, 18 and 21 inches, built around a mounting mechanism that took six months to resolve. The point of that work is that the lamp sits tight against the plaster with no gap, and comes off again just as easily when the place needs repainting before Diwali. Fluted ribs run down the face, gathering shadow along their length so the surface has depth even in daylight. The scale calls for a lobby, a double height stairwell, or a restaurant wall where anything small would vanish. Fixes onto whatever generic box the wall carries. The listed sum settles both tax and courier. Ribbed in a Bengaluru workshop.
