In its natural clay finish, Orbic is about the shape rather than the colour. The round body holds a warm, even light and the unglazed surface carries the marks of the firing, so it looks handmade from close up and simple from across the room. It mounts flush against the ceiling, which makes it workable in a lobby, a bedroom or a laundry area with restricted height. The range runs to five sizes, and repeating one size down a passage looks better than mixing them. Hand shaped in Bengaluru from locally sourced clay. - A small Naaya logo (approx. 3/4") and serial number are embossed on the inside surface of the lamp.
- 15" and above sized lights are non-returnable
- Sizes are based on the max diameter of the lamp and not at the opening.
- All light electrical fixtures follow the Indian Standard.
