Sangam takes its name from the Hindi word for confluence, the point where two separate things meet and become one. The design is built on exactly that idea. Two distinct clay forms, one a curved leaf like silhouette, the other a rounded petal shape, are set beside each other so their opposing edges meet at a single vertical seam. That seam is where the light lives, glowing softly along the line where the two shapes come together.
 
Rather than blending into one continuous form, Sangam keeps both halves visibly their own shape, so the meeting point stays legible. The eye reads two pieces in conversation, not one symmetrical whole, and the light escaping between them becomes the moment of union rather than a hidden detail. Seen straight on, it reads almost like a circular emblem split by light. Seen at an angle, the two forms separate visually, each casting its own soft shadow.
 
Sangam works equally well as a solo statement on a dark accent wall, mounted in pairs to frame a sofa or console, or placed above a desk or reading chair where its glow becomes the main source of ambient light in the room.
