Honeycomb openings run over a stoneware form, bisque fired and then hand sanded until the surface feels smooth to touch. A beech stand is made specifically for it, not adapted from something generic. Roughly a foot tall with patterned cutwork throughout, it registers from across a room even when switched off. Belongs on a desk, a nightstand, or among objects on a shelf where the pattern can be seen properly. The openings fade in density towards the base, so the wall behind receives an uneven scatter, never a repeating grid. Sanded and glazed in Bengaluru. Tax sits within the sum shown and carriage costs nothing.
