Canista in pastel is for rooms that need a lift without a repaint. The cylinder form stays simple, so the colour does the work, and pastels sit better than saturated tones against the beige and white walls common in Indian flats. It mounts semi flush, which keeps it usable under a low ceiling or beside a fan. Kitchen islands, children's rooms and foyers all take it well. The colour goes into the firing rather than onto the surface afterwards, so the finish does not chip off an edge. There are five sizes to pick from. Hand glazed at a Bengaluru workshop.
